Speaking of opening themed restaurants, sports memorabilia is a great crowd-pleaser as well. It isn’t something that’s going to turn away non-sports enthusiasts, as long as the food is good. But it will attract the people who love the game – or the games. If a soccer fan walks into an establishment and sees Mia Hamm soccer memorabilia or perhaps a Roger Federer tennis photo, or another of their favorites up on the wall, they will not only be back for another meal, but they will tell their soccer- and tennis-loving friends as well.
